Shipping
Items are shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

Right of Withdrawal (for consumers only)
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has 14 days to cancel the purchase without penalty and without having to provide a reason. B2B sales are excluded.

Legal Warranty
The products are covered by a statutory warranty for conformity defects in accordance with the Consumer Code (24 months for consumers, 12 months for businesses).

Liability
MT Air System SRL is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by third parties beyond its control.

Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, which will be effective as of the date of publication on the website.
